Take a walk around town and look for the bulbs sprouting. Daffodils, Irises, and tulips are starting to show their sprouts this time of year. It is always fun to see the signs of spring in a bright green bulb sprout.
Take a snapshot of the sprouts and go for a walk. In a day or two go out and see the progress of the plant by comparing your photo. You might be amazed at how eager the plant is to grow.
Remember when going around town for a walk, to keep at least 6 feet away from people that are not in your immediate family.
Make sure to have hand-sanitizer of at least 60% alcohol with you, as lots of businesses and public facilities are closed and you may not be able to wash your hands.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
When you get home, make sure to take your shoes off before coming in the house and wash your hands with warm soapy water, singing happy birthday 2 times. Here is a fun video to share with your children on how to wash your hands.
If you aren’t feeling well, stay home.
