Today is a bittersweet day. I am departing my position as the Youth & Nutrition Coordinator in northeast Iowa. I have accepted a position at Iowa State University as the State 4-H Healthy Living Specialist.
I truly am lucky to have had the support and guidance from Extension and the FFI partners, and I will most definitely miss northeast Iowa and all of the wonderful students, coaches and people I’ve built relationships with these last 3 years. I’ve enjoyed working with you all, implementing programs with you in your communities and making an impact on the health of neighbors and our future young leaders together. Thank you again for your friendship. I’m proud to have been a part of your team.
