Cook This! Challenge
April 11, 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. in Decorah (site TBA)
Age Divisions: Grades 5-6 , 7-8, 9-12
Modeled after the competition at the Iowa State Fair, this fun event is coming to northeast Iowa! Youth teams of 3 will complete in three challenges.
1. Culinary: Work together to prepare a recipe in the designated time and be critiqued by a panel of judges.
2. Communications: Present a group speech on topic that you are given.
3. Additional: Identify or solve a challenge related to food, nutrition, or wellness.
Gather your friends and create a team! At least one person needs to be a 4-H member. Open to any youth in northeast Iowa.
